Abbey Road – Important Date Update + Another Chance to Join Us

Whether you’ve already registered, couldn’t make June, or were still deciding – please read this update.

Hi everyone,

Sorry for sending two emails in one day, but I have a very important Abbey Road update - and this email is for everyone, whether you have already registered or not.

As you know, our original preferred weekend of Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th June 2027 was already being held by another Abbey Road client, which meant we had to go through Abbey Road’s challenge process.

The existing client has decided to retain those dates, so that particular weekend has not become available to us.

However, Abbey Road has now offered us another consecutive weekend which does NOT require a challenge against another client.

That puts us in a much stronger position than we were with the original June weekend.

Our new Abbey Road weekend is:

Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th May 2027

These are now the dates we are proceeding with.

We still need Abbey Road to complete their final confirmation process before individual places can be formally confirmed, but importantly, these dates are not dependent on another client releasing them.

Couldn’t make the original June date - or didn’t register first time?

Then please don’t stop reading, because this change may actually open the door for you.

If the June weekend didn’t work for you, but 29th & 30th May does, you now have another opportunity to register.

Equally, if you didn’t register originally because you thought you’d leave the experience to newer members, or you’ve simply had a change of heart and thought:

“Actually… I really don’t want to miss this.”

…you can still register now.

REGISTER HERE:

We are creating a full Magic Voices album at Abbey Road Studios, with exclusive new arrangements being written especially for the project.

For those who joined us in 2018, this is not simply about doing the same thing again. This will be a completely new project, with different music, different people and a new Magic Voices album that your voice can become part of.

And please remember - you don’t need your whole choir, your section or your closest choir friends to be taking part before you decide to come.

This is an experience for you.

You’ll be surrounded by our Magic Voices family, all sharing the same extraordinary experience of walking into Studio One and recording together at Abbey Road Studios.

Abbey Road has a fixed capacity and places are limited, so if these new dates work for you and you’ve decided you would love to be part of the experience, I would encourage you to register sooner rather than later.

Registering does not itself guarantee a confirmed Abbey Road place - all places remain subject to availability and final confirmation from Magic Voices - but I would hate for someone who genuinely wants to take part to leave it too late.

Already registered and can make the new weekend?

You do not need to do anything.

If you have already registered and made either your £90 initial payment or paid £135 in full, your registration and payment remain securely recorded and will continue through the process with the new dates.

Please keep both Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th May available.

We have five recording sessions across the weekend, and once everything is finalised and we know exactly how many members are taking part, we will allocate choirs to either the Saturday or the Sunday.

One important reminder:

Your Abbey Road place will only be formally confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from Magic Voices.

Already registered but cannot make 29th & 30th May?

I completely appreciate that, for some of you, the original June weekend may have worked perfectly and these new dates simply won’t.

We knew from the outset that our original dates depended on another Abbey Road client releasing their booking, but I also appreciate that knowing this was a possibility doesn’t make it any less disappointing if the new weekend now means you can’t take part.

If 29th & 30th May genuinely does NOT work for you, please reply to this email as soon as possible and tell me the name of the member or members in your registration who can no longer attend.

That is all I need from you.

Please do not send any bank or account details. We may already have the information we need and will contact you directly if anything further is required to process a refund.

So, in very simple terms:

If you’ve already registered and can make 29th & 30th May - do nothing.

If you’ve already registered and cannot make the new weekend - reply to this email as soon as possible.

If you haven’t registered and would now like to join us - use the link above and register as soon as you can.

I’ll continue working closely with the Abbey Road team and will be back in touch as soon as I have the next update.

Thank you again for your patience and for the incredible enthusiasm surrounding this project.
