APPLE MACC CONCERT

Hi everyone

You all sang absolutely brilliantly this week - thank you.

Mike will be sending out his email/post later this week with everything you need to know regarding Saturday timings and arrangements.

I thought I would send this with some supplementary information which you may find useful.

• Please do your own vocal warm up - there may not be time to do one at the venue

• Dress code - NO RED. Ladies - all black, fancy and sparkly and formal as you like. Gents - white shirts, black trousers, silver ties/bow ties

• Please have all your music in the correct order

• This is a joint concert so please be welcoming to your fellow choir members. I will try to arrange seating in as fair a way as possible. 

• THERE IS NO PARKING AT THE CHURCH. All car parks in Macc are now charginguntil 10pm at night, except King Edward St (opposite the old chapel) and Duke St SK11 6UR (free after 3pm). Another suggestion is Churchill Way SK11 6AY. Please do your research on this before setting out. June Moloney and Linda Cooke, we still have had no reply from the church regarding disabled parking at the church, but Mike will let you know as soon as he knows something.

• Please be quiet between songs while Chris is narrating and while the soloists are singing, and of course, during song introductions

• We need 2 volunteers to be bucket shakers at the end please. Andy will have the buckets. Volunteers need to be chosen from your guests. Please let me know.

• Andy and I will have our hands full on the day with the band, arrangements, church staff etc so please try not to bombard us with trivial questions - you know what they are!

I will be shuttling between Harrogate and Manchester over the next few days so apologies if I don't answer emails and comments.
