APPLETON THELWALL CONCERT

Hi Apples

As promised, here is all you need to know about Saturday's performance.

VENUE - THELWALL PARISH HALL, BELL LANE, THELWALL, WARRINGTON WA4 2SX

DATE - SATURDAY 14TH JUNE

TIMINGS - CHOIR TO ARRIVE BY 6.30PM FOR A WARM UP. DOORS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AT 7PM. CONCERT STARTS AT 7.30PM.

Please allow plenty of time for parking, handing in cakes, buying your raffle tickets and getting settled.

PARKING - Chaigeley School, 6 Lymm Rd, Thelwall, Warrington WA4 2TE - the school entrance is off the road which also runs past the parish hall, and is a short walk along the pavement to the venue. See attached photos. If necessary, drivers should drop off passengers and cakes at the hall first.

DRESS CODE - it's an evening event, so as formal and fancy as you like! LADIES - black with a splash of red/red accessories. GENTS - white shirts, black trousers, red tie/bowtie

As usual, please have all your music in the correct order in black files or on iPADS.

Seating should be set up by the time you arrive, so please find your seats quickly. As a general rule, please sit in the order you usually sit in at rehearsals. Low and Middle front rows will need to be filled out a little!

There is a room off the lobby (to the left), which will be closed during the performance, for you to leave belongings, so you only need to take water and your music on to the stage area.

Toilets are off the lobby.
