Chorley Concert Final Details…

Hi Everyone,
Here are your final details for our concert at Chorley Town Hall’s Lancastrian Suite (Chorley Town Hall, Market Street, Chorley, PR7 1DP) on Sunday the 25th of May.
Please can you all arrive at 2.30pm. We will get you seated in time for a 3pm rehearsal with the band. (The band will be rehearsing from 1.30pm so please be nice and quiet when you arrive - we want to sound great for you too :)
We will then rehearse from 3pm until 5pm.
Tea/Coffee & Biscuits:
If you have ordered tea, coffee and biscuits when you arrive at 2.30pm (Choir Members Only) you will need a refreshments Voucher.
You will not be able to buy on the day so please do get this hereby the end of today:
TICKETS:
Let’s have one final push for tickets. If you have not yet invited any friends or family, please do…You have all been working so hard to prepare our special evening and it would be wonderful to perform to a packed house!
Concert tickets can only be purchased directly from the Magic Voices Website. Just go to Concerts and select ‘Chorley In Concert’.

There will be no sales of tickets on the door. - Please help any friends and family who are not so good with buying online.
Details of the day:
1pm Get in for our band and sound engineer.
2.30pm Choir arrive (Coffee/Tea/Biscuits). Please be seated by 3pm
3pm Rehearsal
4.30pm approx - Soloists/Duets rehearse.
5pm Free time for choir to eat and change into evening concert wear. (There will be rooms to get changed. please bring all your belongings to the Lancastrian Suite when you arrive.
6.30pm Audience Arrives (The Bar will be open for drinks)
7pm Concert.
7.45pm Interval (Bar Open)
8.15pm approx - 2nd Half of Concert
9.15pm Concert Ends
10.30pm We must vacate the building by 10.30pm at the very latest.

There will be no official video, however, friends and family are welcome to take videos with their devices and you can upload these to the Facebook group. If anyone has a video camera, they are also welcome to use this.
We are really looking forward to a fantastic performance from your brilliant choir. I hope you all have a wonderful time!
