Hi Chorleyans
First of all, thanks so much to all who performed tonight - you sang wonderfully and I hope you all enjoyed it. Particular highlights for me were Moon River, Fiddler and Why we sing, which were really moving. Big thanks to the Appleton gents for giving up their Saturday night to come and support us.
Now on to next Thursday - we can take it a bit easier Chorleyans!
There are a couple of songs which I'm not sure about including in your main concert, so those are what we'll concentrate on next week.
Programme as follows:
UNDER THE MOON OF LOVE
OLIVER - finishing off and running from the top
LOVE REALLY HURTS WITHOUT YOU - haven't done this for some time so I'll go slowly on it
ZOOM - ditto really. We learned it online during covid and it's been ages since we've done it "in the room", so again I will be going slowly, and then I'll make a decision about whether to include these 2 at the town hall.
