Hi Chorleyans
Thanks so much for such a great session tonight. It was really uplifting to see how well you remembered Guys and Dolls, and hopefully we will totally smash it in the next 2 concerts!
Next week we will run the Chorley Live programme (with Neil's links), so all those who are doing the concert will need to be prepared to be on their feet for 45 minutes, so that we get used to concert conditions. Please make sure you have all your music in the right order. There is one change to the running order: I have switched round "Don't rain on my parade" and "You'll be in my heart". Here is the amended programme:
DANCING QUEEN
FIELDS OF GOLD
LION KING
SOMEWHERE ONLY WE KNOW
GUYS AND DOLLS
YOU'LL BE IN MY HEART
DON'T RAIN ON MY PARADE
MAMMA MIA
SHINE
THIS IS WHY WE SING
Please also bring with you SOMETHING INSIDE SO STRONG
For Chorley Live, you will not need wristbands to get in - I've told the organisers to recognise choir members from their red and black evening wear! If you want to go to any other gigs over the 2 days then you will need to buy wristbands. Your guests WILL need wristbands to get in - I believe they are £5 and can be purchased in advance or on the door.
For the Red Admiral concert, you can buy tickets here (the link is also on the facebook page if you scroll down to my post 5 days ago)
or you can buy on the door. You can also message Mark Cobham on 07554 609024.
I am assuming that we will be back at Albany next week, unless you hear otherwise!
See you next week!
Andrew x
