Here are the details for Saturday's concert.
SATURDAY 24TH JUNE
SALVATION ARMY CHURCH AND COMMUITY CENTRE, ACADEMY ST, WARRINGTON, WA1 2BQ
7.30 PM START - PLEASE ARRIVE FOR 6PM IN THE MAIN HALL FOR WARM UP AND SOUND CHECK
DRESS CODE - GENTS - WHITE SHIRTS, RED TIES/BOWTIES, BLACK TROUSERS. LADIES - BLACK WITH RED ACCESSORIES, AS FORMAL AS YOU LIKE! PLEASE CAN MEMBERS USING SHEET MUSIC HAVE BLACK FOLDERS.
COMMUNITY HALL WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE CHOIR BEFORE THE CONCERT AND DURING THE INTERVAL (you can leave belongings here)
PARKING - there are 40 car parking spaces to be used by choir, audience AND band. Please can members car share as much as possible. Tony Gillam will be in touch shortly with nearby additional car parking details.
You will all be seated on a platform (allocated seating per section), but required to stand for your 15 minute sets. I don't want to a "teacher" and have to "seat" every single individual member! Please seat yourselves according to the way you choose to sit at rehearsal ie those who choose to sit at the back of their sections, please don't suddenly charge forward and expect to sit at the front!!!
