IMPORTANT INFO RE YOUR CONCERT ON SATURDAY

Hi Apples

Here is all you need to know about your forthcoming concert on Saturday 25th April.

VENUE - Salvation Army Citadel Church, Academy Street, Warrington WA1 2BQ

TIME - please arrive for 5.45pm. We have a half hour slot for you to bagsy your seats and do a sound check, before doors open to the public at 6.15pm. The band will be rehearsing until 5.45pm. If you arrive before 5.45 please relax in the smaller hall where you will be able to leave coats and have interval drinks. Rob tells me that there is a piano in there as well for a warm up, but please do your own in the car on the way just in case! The concert starts at 7pm.

The running order is:

DRESS CODE - LADIES - all black but with lots of sparkles, as long and as formal as you wish! GENTS - white shirts, black trousers, silver tie or bow tie.

PARKING - Blue badge drivers, please park at the rear of the Citadel on the lower level, which is a sharp turn left as you enter the car park. ALL OTHER DRIVERS, please park at the TIMES SQUARE MULTISTOREY CAR PARK WA1 2HN. When you exit the car park on the ground floor, turn right and the Citadel is facing you approximately 100 metres away.

Now all the usual obvious stuff! Please have all your music in the correct order, please don't talk during Chris's links or musical intros, please watch me for "sit downs and stand ups" cues, please don't sit on the front row if you don't sit there during rehearsals, unless there is a sudden dearth of front row members!

I think I've covered everything, but if there are any further questions, I probably won't be able to answer them so I will just ask Rob! We've got a great programme, which you sang wonderfully on Monday night, so let's make it an uplifting and enjoyable evening!
