Last night's cancelled session

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to send a quick email following last night's cancelled rehearsal.

Firstly, I'm really sorry that the session didn't happen!

The school contacted me via WhatsApp rather than through our usual Magic Voices email system, and because the message came through on my personal WhatsApp, I completely missed it. Unfortunately, I didn't realise the hall wasn't available until it was far too late in the day.

We will make sure that you won't lose a rehearsal. Instead of taking the usual two week break during the October half term, we'll just take one week, so you'll still receive all of your sessions. Ben will remind everyone a little nearer the time.

I have contacted the team at the school to make sure hall bookings and any changes always come through our usual channels, so hopefully this is something that won't happen again.
