Please read below the email I received this morning regarding the Leamington Food Festival gig on the 10th of September. As you can see, this is definitely happening. Exciting stuff! As soon as the finale details come through I will pass them on to you all. We need as many of you as possible to be available on the day, so can you let me know your availability on Tuesday evening.

Lovely to hear from you – good to hear you are getting everyone organised for September!
I am just firming up the music schedule – I have you pencilled in for mid afternoon on Saturday 10th – at the moment that could be a 2.30pm slot or 3pm slot – I need to schedule the rest in around you. The set is about 45 mins
We do have a PA system – usually we ask people to bring their own mics, mic stands and cabling – if this an issue please let me know now so that I can get that sorted for you.
All performances are from the bandstand in the Pump Room Gardens, come rain or shine! We think around 25 of you will fit 😊
Hopefully the final timings will be set within the next few days and I can then send you a set of joining instructions for you to share.

With this in mind, & also, agreeing with Sue's comment, I would like to redo the program for Tuesday evening. Instead of the Lion King medley we'll recap on the Phantom Medley.
