THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT, SO PLEASE READ TO THE END AND RESPOND BEFORE THE END OF TODAY.

I am considering cancelling our performance at the SHINE A LIGHT FESTIVAL in Victoria Park next Saturday 11th July. The numbers I took last night of those wanting to participate were extremely disappointing and a performance would not be viable. Having said that, there were a lot of absentees last night. So, if you were NOT at rehearsal last night, but CAN do the performance, PLEASE RESPOND BY THE END OF TODAY by replying to the email or commenting on the FB post. I will then make a decision so that I can let the festival know tomorrow. The performance is at 1.15 pm and lasts half an hour.

In addition, only 3 members wanted to take part in the Disability Awareness Day performance at WALTON HALL AND GARDENS in Warrington next Sunday 12th July at 1.30pm (40 minute set). This will go ahead regardless because it is a joint gig with Appleton and there are plenty from that choir taking part. However, parking is limited, so organisers need to know how many parking passes to issue well in advance. Similarly, if you were NOT at rehearsal last night but CAN do that performance, PLEASE RESPOND BY THE END OF TODAY.
