Milton Keynes OCT 5

Hello Everyone,
                             You’ll all be pleased to know i now have a full tank of fuel, so I’ll be with you on Tuesday night. It did require an hours trip around Banbury to work out which petrol station had diesel.

Anyway……..on Tuesday we will be carrying on looking at ‘Bring Him Home’, hopefully joining up the 2 sections we did last week and starting to look at ‘Anthem’. 

We will also go over the simple breathing technique we were doing last week and try to employ that in the 2 pieces above.
