Hi Apples, Maccers and Chorleyans
It's with some trepidation that I attach my proposed programme for the RNCM on 5th November!
Trepidation, because I know you can't please all of the people all of the time, and there will be some members who think "why has he put that in?" and others who think "why has he missed this one out?"
I can assure you that I have handpicked every song (AND the order in which we perform them) according to one criterion only - what shows the choirs off the best? That's all 3 choirs combined!
To be honest it has been harder to decide what to leave out rather than what to include, given the sheer amount of material you've all learned since we last did the RNCM!
You'll see the timings next to each song, and estimated timings for solos/duets - please get thinking about these and bring me some ideas!
I haven't decided yet between West Side and South Pacific because I can't judge that one yet!
