ST LEONARD'S CONCERT

Hi Chorleyans

Here is everything you need to know about your concert on Saturday.

DATE - SAT 27TH SEPTEMBER

START TIME - 7PM - CHOIR TO ARRIVE BY 6PM

VENUE - ST LEONARD'S C OF E CHURCH, MARSHALL'S BROW, PENWORTHAM PRESTON PR1 9JA

PARKING - LIMITED. Please lift share as much as possible. There are only 25 spaces in the church car park and I would like these to be available for the audience (which of course may be whoever you are bringing!). There is plenty of free on street parking on the surrounding streets.

DRESS CODE - LADIES - black formal fancy as you like with a splash of red. GENTS - black trousers, white shirts, red bow ties/ties

PLEASE USE THE SMALL HALL FOR COATS AND BELONGINGS AND TO CONGREGATE BEFORE THE PERFORMANCE.

TICKETS will be available on the door for those who have not purchased them in advance.

SEATING - there will be seating on the altar platform for you all. Please try to sit in the positions you usually occupy at rehearsal. I will be responsible for setting out the chairs but space will be tight, so please be understanding!!! Please only bring your music and water on to the stage area please.

There will be a raffle on the night held by Preston Arts and we will have a speaker from Derian House too.

Please don't talk during Neil's links or, God forbid, during the song intros, and obviously, please have all your music in the correct order.
