Here are some details about Sunday.

VENUE - Walton Hall and Gardens, Walton Lea Rd, Higher Walton, Warrington WA4 6SN

DATE - Sunday 12th July

We are on at 1.30pm and our set lasts for 40 minutes. Please note advice from the organisers to arrive at the venue by 12.45pm, so you have plenty of time to park and then make your way on foot to Marquee 5. As soon as the previous act has finished, we have 5 minutes to get onto the stage and in position, so please don't dilly dally, as it looks like the organisers are running a tight schedule. I will not be placing you, as I have to liaise with the sound desk. As usual, men should be on MY left, and highs on MY right (work that one out!)

DRESS CODE - Magic Voices uniform if you have it, otherwise, something summery and colourful, and suitable for the heat.

Info for Performers

The Arts car parking spaces are generally located between Walton Hall and the Silent Disco / First Aid / Arts Marquees but a steward will guide you to the best available place to park.

Performing Arts Marquee (Marquee 5) is compered by Vanessa Ramsden

Please arrive on site at least 45 minutes before your performance time and check in with a steward at the back of the Performing Arts Marquee. The sound desk is also located here.

Please be ready at the stage entrance to the Marquee (stage left) when the preceding act is on stage to allow for a smooth transition to the next performance. There will be a steward there to assist.

13.10 – 13.25 We Are Stars Drama

13.30 – 14.10 Appleton and Macclesfield Magic Voices

14.15 – next act

General info: 10 am opening by Town Crier at the Bridge (the Main Entrance at the bottom edge of the site plan)

In the event of an emergency, please make your way to the nearest assembly point, as shown on your site plan. These areas will be clearly marked with orange signs.

Disability Awareness Day Stewards will be identifiable by their black DAD polo shirts, yellow DAD tabards and identification badges.

The overflow car park at Walton Gardens will be open (normal charge) but due to the large attendance at this event, there is an accessible, free Park & Ride Service operating from Wilderspool Park adjacent to Morrisons (a bit further on, on the right) down Greenall's Avenue. A free accessible bus service will also be operating from Warrington Bus Interchange in Warrington Town Centre, starting at 9.30am. The last buses leave Walton Gardens at 5.15pm.
