Wilmslow, Marple and Hale - Week Beginning 25/11/12

What a FANTASTIC concert we had on Saturday evening over at St Pauls in Compstall. It was truly brilliant to hear that all our amazing hard work had paid off!

Genuinely, thanks for such a great concert and singing your hearts out. (Sorry about the chairs situation and thank you all for literally ‘lugging’ lots of chairs from the hall at the bottom of the hill…AND THEN YOU HAD TO TAKE THEM BACK AGAIN!!!! - But thank you!

We have the All Saints Concert on Saturday evening at 7pm (Marple and Wilmslow) and then the Christmas Market on Chapel Lane in Wilmslow on Sunday! (Hale, Wilmslow and Marple).

Bob will be selling tickets for guests for the 30th November concert (All Saints, Heaton Norris, Stockport) at the front desk. They are all £5 each for all guests.

Would anyone be happy to bake a cake/ bring some cake for the event on the 30th at All Saints Church? This has been a tradition in the past but I also realise that it is a busy time of year.

HALE - BELMORE THIS COMING THURSDAY!!!!

This Thursday, we are at The Belmore. This will be from 7.30pm onwards. We are quite low on numbers this year so I was wondering if anyone else can attend to help?

It is a very relaxed evening, all very informal and the management provide us with some food as a thank you. I know that there were too many of us last year but this time there are only a few of us attending. 28. I really could do with 40 of us to make this work well.
