Just wanted to invite you guys over to Loughborough to join their sessions for either of the 2 remaining Tuesdays before the concert. I'll be inviting them over to us as well. No pressure at all, but it's an extra rehearsal if you want it. It will all be material for the 24th of course. Fearon Hall in the centre of Loughborough starting at 7:15 Parking is rubbish so do leave time to find somewhere. Drop me a message if you want some help with that. :) Magic Voices 3 Alder Gro

Lovely to see you all last week. Just two things from me this week. One is that this week we're going to recap everything to highlight any areas that need a bit of work. Secondly, dress code for the 24th if you didn't get the message: smart black, think cocktail dresses and black suits with white shirts for the guys. Ladies, if you'd rather wear a trouser suit or something like that, feel free just as long as it's classy and smart and in keeping 🙂. And then if you can add to

Lovely stuff this week. Nice to get back to go the distance which we're all enjoying. If you weren't there, we've parked the 9 to 5 medley with the big concert over in Mountsorrel in mind. If you're new to the choir, a massive welcome to you, it's wonderful to have you with us! Over the next few weeks we do have a lot of tracks to go over, but they should be just run throughs really. I'm gonna paste the set list below so if you want to download those tracks so that you've got

Lovely work last week. A very warm welcome to any new members in the group, it's great to have you with us. Attached is the list of songs that we're probably gonna be doing for the Big concert on the 24th of October in Mount Sorrel near Loughborough. 9 to 5 will only be in there if we get it done in time, there's no pressure at all for us to make that happen we have plenty without it! See you on Wednesday! Magic Voices 3 Alder Grove, Chapel En Le Frith United Kingdom

Hey folks, Great session this week, so good to see you all back, and also so many new faces. Fantastic stuff. Next week, same two songs please (Be Our Guest, and Nine to Five medley), and it will be my very good friend Steve leading the sessions this time. My usual Dep James is busy, and I'm MDing a show in Melton. Steve is a fabulous MD and vocal coach, so he really knows his stuff. I've briefed him and I'm sure you'll have a great session. Have a great weekend, see you in a

Hey Folks! We're back next week! whoop whoop! Now, we've got the big concert in Loughborough on the near horizon on 24th October, but we've also got 15 potential tasters joining us next week/the week after, which is amazing. The more the merrier to keep our wonderful choir growing from strength to strength! So, we need to start two new numbers, like we always do for big taster sessions, so we're going to look at Be our Guest, and also start the 9 to 5 medley, particularly rel

Hello! I hope you're having wonderful break, doing something reviving! 🙂 Just a reminder that we're not back until the first week of September. Keep an eye out for the Abbey Road posts/emails, and specifically watch out for the message about paying your deposit… getting those in as soon as they're asked for is what's going to secure you place on the day! Miss you all already, see you in 4 weeks! Magic Voices 3 Alder Grove, Chapel En Le Frith United Kingdom

Another great session this week, even if there were only a couple of handfuls of people there! Next week is our last full singing session so I'll just run through everything we've done so far, make sure everyone's happy with all of that. Just to make sure we don't run out of stuff, could you also bring 'go the distance' from Hercules with you. We may not get on to it, but just in case 🙂 The week after is our final week before the 4 week break, where we're going to our quiz..

Hey folks. Amazing night tonight! Anthem finished and sounding brilliant, sister act recapped, jersey boys 95% done. So good. Awesome. Next week and probably the week after, we'll revisit everything we've done so far this year. Then in the final week, as agreed tonight we'll have a quiz, fuddle, karaoke session before we break for the summer 🙂 Magic Voices 3 Alder Grove, Chapel En Le Frith United Kingdom

Hope you're having a lovely weekend. Next week will be doing the same as this week with the Jersey Boys medley and the new song from chess, anthem if you could bring those two. Will cycle through the old songs each week as well just to make sure we can keep them fresh so make sure you have those to hand too :) Magic Voices 3 Alder Grove, Chapel En Le Frith United Kingdom

Wonderful work this week on a very hot challenging night, we had a really good session regardless didn't we. Next week we'll run the sister act medley that we finished this week, and get to the Jersey Boys medley. Could you bring a new song as well please, Anthem from Chess. It's a great song from a great musical. See you next week! Magic Voices 3 Alder Grove, Chapel En Le Frith United Kingdom

Glorious work this week everyone, Beautiful is done, and it sounded fab! Superb! We've got sister act and jersey boys on the go haven't we, so we'll crack on with those now. See you on Wednesday. Just one more session then two weeks off :) Magic Voices 3 Alder Grove, Chapel En Le Frith United Kingdom

Hope you've had a lovely week. Same two again this week please. Beautiful and When we were young. We'll also run the jersey boys and sister act bits that we did before just to wake those up, and we'll get back to finish those off as soon as we've finished the two we're working on at the moment 🙂 Lovely stuff. See you on Wednesday :) Magic Voices 3 Alder Grove, Chapel En Le Frith United Kingdom

Great work this week folks, harmonies sounding beautiful! Same 2 songs next week please. Beautiful Medley and When we were young. Concerts… I have my eye on our first BIG (Massive! :)) concert next year, potentially joining up with Loughborough if we can make a date and venue work for both groups, but in the meantime, I'm looking for ideas for local concerts, please do let me or Hannah know if you have any ideas! I've already had loads from someone so thank you for those! Mag

Wonderful session again this week, great fun as usual. Next week, continuing with the Beautiful medley, and also can you bring When We Were Young by Adele. I know we've got the sister act medley and the jersey boys medley on the go too, we'll get back to those I promise, I just want to have some 'quicker wins' in the mix too, and it's a gorgeous arrangement too! Thank you :) Magic Voices 3 Alder Grove, Chapel En Le Frith United Kingdom

Hey folks! Hope you've all had a brilliant couple of weeks! We're starting back this week of course, and we've got quite a few tasters joining us so we're going to look at a new piece, so that we're all learning together, so if you could print off or download the Beautiful medley, we'll have a look at that. If you don't know the musical Beautiful, it's all fabulous Carol King songs. 🙂 Gareth Magic Voices 3 Alder Grove, Chapel En Le Frith United Kingdom
